FJ Catering - Terms and Conditions
All menus come with the following unless otherwise specified:
Chef for 4 hours
Disposable Dinner Pack Inclusive:
9" Plate 7" Plate or Bowl Knives, Forks, Spoons Serviettes
Crockery and Stainless Steel Cutlery available at extra cost
All functions over 30 guests will require additional staff for serving
30 - 50 Guests will require 1 assistant
51 - 80 Guests will require 2 assistants
81+ Guests will require 3 assistants
Final number of assistants is at our discretion and will be confirmed at booking. Costs - kindly see Additional Staff below.
Prices
Kindly note that all prices shown in our menus are Ex GST
Deposit
We require a $300.00 deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payable seven (7) days prior to the event or through prior arrangement on the day of the function.
Once quoted price and guest numbers have been agreed upon, only increases in guest numbers can be accepted. We will contact you seven (7) days prior to your function and this is when final menus and numbers are required.
Cancellation Policy
As we may need to order stock in advance, no cancellations can be accepted within seven (7) days of your function, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
Children
Children 4-10 $10.00
Under 4 free
Additional staff
Our fully trained Waiting Staff are available at a cost of $40.00 ( ex gst) per hour - Minimum 4 hours
Bar Staff available at a cost of $50.00 (ex gst) per hour - Minimum 4 hours
